Was asked to put my Tranquille Project into this tour. There is 148 inches of history on bedsheets, sewn together with history,photographs and stories written by patients, employees and families that lived at Tranquille during the TB San and Home for the Mentally Challenged Years. Bedsheets represented the amount of time the patients spent in their beds and a big part of several patients lives. The piece is in the tunnel and almost like an altar, honoring the many who lived and worked at Tranquille.
